Bio
Dana Imperia is a Partner in Green and Spiegel U.S.’s Philadelphia office. Since 2005, Dana has practiced exclusively in the field of immigration law, focusing primarily on corporate immigration for large multinational and domestic companies. She has extensive experience guiding Fortune 500 companies, global employers, and institutional clients through complex nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes, workforce compliance strategies, and long-term immigration planning.
Dana regularly advises corporate clients on the full spectrum of employment-based immigration matters, including executive and managerial transfers, PERM-based green cards, L-1s, H-1Bs, and alternatives to traditional pathways such as EB-1 and NIW. Her work includes the design and implementation of immigration programs and policies, compliance strategies, and corporate training to support scalable and efficient global mobility operations.
While Dana remains a recognized authority in sports immigration, her current work in this area is concentrated on providing end-to-end immigration support for major league sports organizations and eSports leagues as corporate entities, including the management of immigration compliance, support for international travel and employment logistics, and oversight of immigration operations for athletes and support personnel.
She also leads the Firm’s outbound/global immigration practice, partnering with clients to manage global mobility needs, including short-term business travel, work permits, residence permits, and visa acquisition in jurisdictions around the world.
