Dana Imperia, a Partner in Green and Spiegel U.S.’s Philadelphia office, has practiced exclusively in immigration law since 2005, with a focus on corporate immigration for large multinational and domestic companies. She has extensive experience guiding Fortune 500 companies, global employers, and institutional clients through complex nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes, workforce compliance strategies, and long-term immigration planning. Dana advises on the full spectrum of employment-based immigration matters—including executive and managerial transfers, PERM-based green cards, L-1s, H-1Bs, EB-1, and NIW cases—and helps clients design scalable immigration programs and compliance strategies.
