Bio
Matthew Scarborough is an Associate Attorney at Green and Spiegel U.S., based in Philadelphia specializing in applications for L-1 Intracompany transferees with our Global Expansion Team. Matthew brings significant experience working with professional athletics and equestrian sports handling P-1 and O-1 applications, H-2A and H-2B applications across various industries, and applications for E-2 international investors.
Matthew is an active member of the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC) and the AILA Philadelphia Chapter. Notably, Matthew has contributed to UN Human Rights Council’s review of France which included his recommendations on the rights of indigenous people in French Guiana.
