Bio
Claire MacLean is a Senior Associate Lawyer with Green and Spiegel LLP in Toronto. Claire has assisted clients with a variety of citizenship and immigration law matters including temporary work permits and study permits, permanent residence and citizenship applications, complex inadmissibility matters, and immigration-related compliance issues. With a particular focus on Canada’s permanent residency programs, Claire works with businesses to develop strategies that enable long-term workforce planning, and provides individuals with the guidance they need to ensure an efficient transition to permanent resident status.
Claire a obtenu son diplôme de Juris Doctor de la faculté de droit Osgoode Hall en 2016, où elle a participé au programme intensif sur l'immigration et les réfugiés d'Osgoode. Elle a effectué du travail pro bono dans le domaine du droit des réfugiés, et a fait du bénévolat auprès d'une organisation locale de réinstallation. Avant de rejoindre Green and Spiegel, Claire a travaillé dans un cabinet national de droit de l'immigration, conseillant des entreprises et des particuliers sur leurs questions d'immigration canadienne.
