Peter Salerno est associé principal à Green and Spiegel LLP. Il conseille des sociétés internationales, des entreprises, des organisations à but non lucratif et des particuliers dans tous les domaines du droit canadien de l'immigration et de la citoyenneté, y compris les questions liées au statut de résident temporaire et permanent, à la citoyenneté et à l'admissibilité.

Peter has co-authored the book “Temporary Entry Into the Canadian Labour Market” (Emond, 2021) and has appeared before the Federal Court of Canada, the Ontario Superior Court, the Immigration Division, and the Immigration Appeal Division. He also leads the Canadian Citizenship and Temporary Entry courses in the Immigration and Citizenship Law graduate program at Queen’s University.

Prior to his call to the bar in 2016, Peter completed his undergraduate degree in history from York University and studied at the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa. As a law student he worked at the Organization for Refuge, Asylum & Migration (ORAM), gained administrative law experience at the Canadian Transportation Agency in Ottawa and attended the Bader International Study Centre through Queen’s University to complete the intensive international public law program.
