Green and Spiegel Welcomes Spencer Green to the Permanent Residence Centre of Excellence

Since joining Green and Spiegel last year, the firm is pleased to announce that Spencer Green has recently been appointed to the firm’s Permanent Residence Centre of Excellence.

Spencer will be part of the experienced team of lawyers and immigration case analysts who assist individual clients with all aspects of their journey to becoming permanent residents of Canada. Spencer’s subspecialty will focus on the Federal Start-up Visa Program, which encourages immigrant entrepreneurs to grow their companies in Canada.

Prior to joining the firm, Spencer worked at one of Canada’s largest banks, followed by two large Canadian law full-service law firms where he specialized in the corporate matters of emerging and high growth companies. Spencer brings a wide range of corporate and finance experience to complex immigration applications filed by investors, founders and business people.

Spencer graduated from the Dual JD Program at the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy, obtaining both his Canadian and American JDs, and graduated with a Bachelor of Honours Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
