Shelby McBride is an Associate Attorney in the Firm’s Philadelphia Office. Shelby focuses her practice primarily on employment-based nonimmigrant visas, in particular H-1B, L-1 and E-2 petitions. Prior to becoming an Associate Attorney, Shelby worked at the Firm as a Law Clerk, where she gained an array of experience with nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based cases.
While in law school, Shelby served as a clinical student for the Sheller Center for Social Justice, where she advised immigrant communities and organizations on a variety of labor issues, including wage theft claims and E-Verify compliance. She also gained litigation experience through her work at the City of Philadelphia Law Department and the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.
