Yesterday, USCIS updated its published EB-5 processing times, showing a slight uptick from last month. The current published processing times for each of the three EB-5 related forms, which incorporates data as of July 31, 2016, are as follows:

The increased processing times are expected due to absorption of a high volume of filings in 2015, as well as increasing volumes now in anticipation of the Regional Center program’s scheduled September 30, 2016 sunset date.
