Sahar Fatima is an Articling Student at Green and Spiegel LLP in Toronto. Sahar assists clients with all aspects of immigration law in Canada.
Sahar graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she received the Dean’s Gold Key Award and F.W. Minkler Prize for her active leadership and contributions to the law school. While at Osgoode, Sahar co-founded and served as Co-President of the Immigration and Refugee Law Society, which received the 2025 Osgoode Student Club for Community Building Award. As a caseworker at the Community & Legal Aid Services Program and the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic, Sahar employed a trauma-informed approach to assist vulnerable clients in navigating complex immigration and refugee legal issues. Sahar also completed the International and Transnational Law Intensive Program at Osgoode with a placement at the Centre for Law and Democracy, an organization that promotes human rights internationally.
Prior to law school, Sahar graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto with a major in History and double minors in Political Science and Diaspora & Transnational Studies.
