Kristen Mangan is an Associate Attorney in the Firm’s Philadelphia Office. Kristen has an array of experience with nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based cases, particularly H-1B, O-1, and L-1 nonimmigrant visas and permanent labor certifications and EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions. Prior to joining Green and Spiegel, Kristen worked at a multinational law firm assisting in all aspects of corporate immigration law.
