Elizabeth represents clients on a variety of matters including immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions, J-1 scholarly exchanges, and applications for permanent residency and citizenship. Much of Elizabeth’s practice is focused on employment-based immigration, with clients including businesses, hospitals, universities, and nonprofits.
Prior to practicing immigration law, Elizabeth worked for the Virginia Office of the Attorney General, where she served as in-house counsel on real estate and land use matters to numerous state agencies.
