Stephanie M. Scamman is an Associate Attorney in Green and Spiegel’s Orlando office. Her practice has focused on extraordinary ability immigrant visas, nonimmigrant visas, and national interest waivers for athletes and other sports industry professionals. Stephanie’s passion to work with athletes on their immigration matters comes from her extensive background in sports. She competed at the collegiate level in both basketball and track and field. She graduated cum laude from Southwestern Law School in Southern California where she focused on the law and its effect on amateur and professional sports and wrote her law review paper on gender equality considerations in the rapidly developing NIL era of collegiate sports.
