Zach represents clients on a variety of matters including TN, L, and H-1B petitions, as well as applications for permanent labor certification. Zach’s practice is currently focused on employment-based immigration.
Prior to practicing immigration law, Zach gained experience assisting indigent clients with Community Legal Aid in Akron, Ohio, and clerking for the Franklin County Public Defender’s Office in the Juvenile unit. In addition to his J.D., Zach holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy from The Ohio State University.
