Bio

Faith is currently completing her articles with Green and Spiegel and assists with various matters in all areas of Canadian immigration law, including issues related to temporary and permanent residence status, admissibility, and litigation. Faith is particularly interested in the intersection of Canadian immigration law and criminal law, as it pertains to issues of criminal inadmissibility. Faith also assists in litigation matters, such as applications for leave and judicial review, and has a passion for oral and written advocacy.  

Faith first joined Green and Spiegel in 2022 as a Summer Intern, where she developed her passion for Canadian immigration law. During law school, Faith returned to Green and Spiegel as a Summer Intern in 2023 and again in 2024 as a Summer Law Student. During her time at Green and Spiegel, Faith has worked on varying admissibility matters, including misrepresentation findings and procedural fairness letter responses, as well as applications for criminal rehabilitation and temporary resident permits.

Faith obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa, where she graduated cum laude. Prior to law school, Faith obtained her Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) with a major in sociology, from Queen’s University.
