Benjamin Green is a Senior Associate Lawyer at Green and Spiegel in both our Toronto, Ontario and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania offices. Benjamin assists clients with all aspects of immigration law in Canada and the United States.
Benjamin assists businesses with long-term workforce planning, including corporate employee transfers, creative market solutions, and navigating the interconnected nature of the Canadian and American labour markets. Prior to rejoining the firm, Benjamin worked on a global scale managing a major entertainment company’s Immigration program for several years. He brings deep expertise in this regard to our firm.
Benjamin is called to the Bar of Ontario, is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and has practiced in both countries. He received his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Western University.
