Bio

With nearly fifteen years of experience in immigration law as an Attorney, Case Coordinator, and more, Marc leverages his diverse experience and expertise to support all types of clients with all types of cases. Specializing primarily in employment-based matters, Marc has worked with companies that have tens of thousands of employees down to single-person startups, helping clients identify the best pathways for themselves, their employees, and their families to live and work in the United States. Experienced in both nonimmigrant (temporary) and immigrant (permanent) processes, Marc assists clients from before their first entry to the United States all the way through becoming a naturalized citizen.

Marc has worked extensively with all types of industries and individuals, including professional sports leagues and teams, technology, engineering, higher education, multi-national conglomerates, nascent startups, manufacturing, food service, cultural organizations, individual athletes, musicians, artists, scientists, researchers, medical professionals, educators, and many more. He has significant experience with Extraordinary Ability pathways (O-1, EB-1), National Interest Waivers (EB-2 NIW), Intracompany Transferees (L-1A, L-1B), Specialty Occupations (H-1B, E-3, H-1B1), Training/Exchange (J-1, H-3), Professional Athletes, Entertainers, and Support Staff (P-1), and the litany of potential applications of the Visitor Visa (B-1/B-2). Additionally, Marc is well versed in immigration compliance matters (Forms I-9, Public Access Files, recruitment policies) and training employers on best practices and risk minimization.

Prior to law school, Marc had a long career as a professional musician and composer, focusing primarily on jazz piano. His experience as an artist and entertainer provides him with a unique perspective and capacity for relationship building and understanding the interconnectivity of the world.
