Andrew is an Associate Attorney on the Academic and Medical Immigration Team. Andrew’s unique set of professional experiences in both higher education and immigration law positions him as an ideal partner to assist clients in achieving their immigration goals. Prior to attending law school, Andrew spent a decade as a higher education administrator working for three different institutions of higher education and one nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting international students. Andrew has been working in the field of immigration law since 2018, when he began working as an immigration legal assistant while attending evening division law school at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. Since his admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2021, Andrew has represented individual clients and organizations in a variety of immigration matters, first at another immigration law firm and, since 2025, at Green and Spiegel.
Andrew received his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2021. He graduated magna cum laude, received The National Order of the Barristers Award, and was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, Andrew was selected for Temple’s Moot Court Competition Team and competed in the 2021 NYU National Immigration Law Moot Court Competition. Andrew’s professors recognized him for outstanding oral advocacy, including as a two-time Barrister Award Winner, awarded for exemplary performance in Temple Law’s Integrated Trial Advocacy Program.
