Carolyn Maiorana is an Associate Attorney in the Firm’s Providence office. Before joining the attorney team, she served as a Senior Legal Assistant, gaining extensive experience across both nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based matters. She brings a broad and well-rounded background in immigration law to her practice, especially in employment-based nonimmigrant visas, including H-1B, O-1, L-1 and E-2 petitions.
During law school, Carolyn completed two semesters in the Roger Williams University Immigration Clinic, representing clients in asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ), and naturalization cases—an experience that deepened her passion for advocating for individuals navigating complex immigration systems.
Before entering private practice, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Court, refining her skills in legal writing, case analysis, and courtroom procedure.
