Tim Golden is a senior associate attorney at Green and Spiegel LLP in Toronto. Tim was called to the Bar of Massachusetts in 2006, and has been working within the field of U.S. Immigration Law since 2000. Since joining Green and Spiegel in 2007, Tim has been developing the Toronto office’s U.S. immigration practice. Due to the unique global positioning of Green and Spiegel, Tim has developed a keen and distinguished experience with in-person border applications through U.S. customs, U.S. consular investor visa applications, as well as the variety of U.S.-based applications involving employer or familial sponsorship. Tim’s overall experience covers the full gamut of U.S. immigration matters, both temporary and permanent U.S. statuses.
