Kelly Goldthorpe is a senior associate lawyer at Green and Spiegel, LLP in Toronto. Kelly manages accounts and relationships with major corporations, businesses and individuals to facilitate the movement of temporary foreign workers, business visitors and permanent residents. Kelly also assists clients in admissibility and enforcement matters, detention reviews, sponsorship appeals, alternative dispute resolutions and Federal Court judicial reviews. 

Kelly has written several articles for publication on timely immigration issues and has contributed to industry newsletters and publications. In November 2018, Kelly was honoured as a Lexpert Rising Star, a prestigious award for lawyers who are at the top of the legal profession.

Prior to embarking on her law career, Kelly worked as a Statistical Analyst at Statistics Canada in the Immigration and Ethnocultural Statistics section where she Published numerous articles about the economic and social conditions of Canadians and in particular, immigrants and visible minorities.
