Valerie Kleinman is a senior associate at Green and Spiegel LLP in Toronto. Valerie currently leads the firm’s Compliance and Inspections practice. She represents employers who are facing compliance inspections by Service Canada and Immigration, Citizenship and Refugees Canada. Valerie is also able to assist companies in developing best practices to ensure that they are compliant with the requirements of their Labour Market Impact Assessments and Work Permits.
In addition, Valerie has significant experience working on all types of work permit applications, including NAFTA Investor applications and intra-company transfers. She has represented clients in all areas of Canadian citizenship and immigration law such as work permits, study permits, visitor visas, family class applications, Federal Skilled Worker and Canadian Experience Class applications through the Express Entry System, and Provincial Nominee Program applications. Valerie can assist clients in French and has experience working on both temporary and permanent Quebec-based applications.
