Alannah Glintz is a Senior Associate at Green and Spiegel LLP in Toronto, practicing in all areas of Canadian immigration law, including corporate and individual immigration matters. Alannah has significant experience assisting clients with obtaining visas and permits for various business-related purposes, including, but not limited to intra-company transfers, international trade agreements, Labour Market Impact Assessments, business visitors, as well as transitioning from temporary to permanent residence. Her corporate clients include businesses from a wide range of industries. Alannah also assists clients with other types of temporary applications such as study permits and tourist visitor visas, as well as applications to overcome inadmissibility, including temporary resident permits and criminal rehabilitation. Additionally, Alannah represents clients in obtaining permanent residence and citizenship. She also has experience representing clients for appeals related to seizures executed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), and compliance inspections by Service Canada and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
Prior to joining Green and Spiegel, Alannah worked for the trusted traveler and immigration passenger operations branches of the CBSA. Alannah also volunteered for Ontario’s Ministry of Corrections and Community Services.
