Reminder of New passport rule for travelers flying to U.S.

Featuring: Evan J. Green and Tim Golden

Please remember that as of April 1, 2016, travelers travelling to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program with an Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) must have an e-Passport. Travelers from the Visa Waiver Program countries are still eligible to travel to the United States without and e-Passport if they have a valid non-immigrant visa. Travelers can apply for a non-immigrant visa at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate.

For more information entry into the U.S., please contact Green and Spiegel.
