October 1, 2015 ? Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has advised that, in preparation for the 2016 quota, the International Experience Canada (IEC) program will stop accepting new applications for the 2015 year on October 9, 2015. Further, the last day to submit completed applications, including all supporting documents is November 17, 2015.

These deadlines apply to all countries, irrespective of quotas, and include those countries without application quotas such as the United States and Australia.

The IEC program provides young foreign nationals with the opportunity to travel and work in Canada. The program is the result of bilateral agreements with other countries that also provide opportunities for young Canadians to travel and work abroad.
