Many of the people at Green and Spiegel are immigrants themselves, are fluent in more than 30 different languages, and have first-hand knowledge of the challenges faced by people who are transferred to work in Canada on a short-term basis as well as the challenges of becoming a new Canadian.
- Green and Spiegel maintain a formal human rights/diversity policy for their legal workplace addressing fair recruitment, retention and advancement.
