Karen Hill

Karen Hill is an Associate Attorney at Green and Spiegel U.S. in the Philadelphia office. Karen currently focuses her practice primarily on employment-based nonimmigrant visas. Prior to joining the Firm, Karen worked as an Associate Attorney for three years at two immigration law firms, where she gained experience in nearly all aspects of immigration law including employment-based and family- based immigration, removal defense, federal litigation, citizenship, and applications for humanitarian relief and waivers of inadmissibility. Prior to, during and after attending law school, Karen served for over 10 years with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Delaware in the criminal, civil and bankruptcy divisions as a paralegal and then contract attorney. Karen has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association since 2019. She currently serves as Co-Leader of AILA National’s Women in Immigration Law Interest Group and as Chair of the Philadelphia Chapter’s National Day of Action.
