Joshua Green is an Articling Student at Green and Spiegel LLP in Toronto. Joshua assists clients with all aspects of immigration law in Canada. Joshua is particularly interested in the intersection of immigration law and business, including investor and startup visas.
Joshua recently graduated from Bond University in Australia, with a specialization in Canadian Law and Practice. Through his international study, Joshua has obtained valuable global perspective on the legal field which he uses in his approach to immigration matters. During law school, Joshua participated in the Legal Skills program, gaining experience in dispute resolution, negotiations, and mooting. Joshua was a member of the Canadian Law Student Association, participating in on-campus activities and the mentorship program to assist first year law students. Joshua was also an active member of the Jewish Student Association, helping with program initiatives and creating a strong student network. Joshua represented his University as member of the varsity basketball team, enhancing his team building skills and work ethic.
Prior to law school, Joshua worked with Green and Spiegel in varying capacities, including with the labour market impact assessment team and business immigration development. His experience with the firm has provided him with an understanding of Canadian immigration matters. Joshua graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Western University specializing in Geography.
