Today, the Government of Ontario announced that they will be accepting applications to the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream, meaning that Ontario employers now have the ability to support foreign workers applying for a provincial nomination and permanent residence via a job offer in Ontario.

The Foreign Worker Stream provides skilled workers with an avenue for Canadian immigration and the ability to settle and work exclusively in the province of Ontario. Potential applicants may apply for this opportunity within Canada or internationally.

To be issued a nomination certificate under this category, applicants must submit an Employer Form and job offer letter to the OINP, which is completed by the employer to prove that all eligibility requirements are met.

For more information on the Ontario Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream and the eligibility requirements please contact us directly.

Please note that intake to the Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream will remain paused at this time.
