Calyn Arnold is an Associate in the Firm’s Philadelphia office. Calyn focuses the majority of her practice in family-based immigration where she leads the Firm’s day-to-day practice. Calyn is also actively involved in the LGBT and disability communities and regularly represents clients in such immigration-related matters.

As a former public defender in Colorado, Calyn brings a unique perspective to her practice.  In this former role she specialized in assisting immigrants obtain immigration safe outcomes to their criminal matters, as well as boasting considerable litigation and trial experience. With this background representing clients with challenging criminal and inadmissibility issues, Calyn now focuses much of her efforts at the firm in securing immigrant and nonimmigrant waivers and other forms of extraordinary relief, having been responsible for some of the Firm’s most impressive victories in such difficult cases.
