David Nakelsky is a senior partner at Green and Spiegel LLP. David received an Honours B.A. in Commerce and Finance at McMaster University and subsequently obtained his LL.B. at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. David specializes in real estate law and acts for both purchasers and vendors of residential, commercial and industrial properties throughout Ontario. David has extensive experience and a special expertise in condominium law and is one of the most sought after condominium lawyers by developers of residential and commercial condominiums in Ontario from Toronto to Hamilton to Ottawa.
