Peter Gonzales | Of Counsel
Peter is Of Counsel to the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office of Green and Spiegel, LLC. Peter completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Scranton in 1992 and graduated from the Temple University Beasley School of Law’s evening division in 2003. Over the past twenty years, Peter has been committed to connecting others to opportunities in the global economy serving as an educator, advocate and community development professional in the United States, Poland and South Korea. As an immigration attorney, Peter has represented a wide-range of clients from professionals in the health care and technology sectors, to construction and agricultural workers, as well as families and individuals seeking visas, lawful permanent residence, and citizenship in the United States.
Professional Activities & Affiliations
Peter has been actively involved with the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has lectured at numerous conferences and events in the United States on immigration matters. In the past, Peter served as Pennsylvania State Chair of the International Municipal Lawyers Association and was appointed by Mayor Michael A. Nutter to serve on the Zoning Board of Adjustments for four years.
Peter currently serves as the President and CEO of a private nonprofit organization that provides education, training, job placement and small business development support to immigrants in the Philadelphia region. Peter also serves on the board of directors of the St. Christopher’s Foundation for Children and the board of managers of The Merchants Fund.
