Bahman Motamedi | Senior Associate

Bahman Motamedi is a senior associate at Green and Spiegel LLP. He obtained his Honours B.A. degree in Criminology and Ethics from the University of Toronto and his Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. Bahman is a member of the Ontario Bar and practices in the area of Canadian immigration law, focusing on litigation and business immigration. He represents clients before the Federal Court and the Immigration and Refugee Board. His practice also includes investor and skilled worker applications, in addition to provincial nominee and work permits applications in accordance with the NAFTA, intra-company transferee and labour market opinion provisions.

Professional Activities & Affiliations

Bahman has more than eight years of experience as a lecturer in the areas of ethics, practice management, as well as immigration law and history at Seneca College, Humber College and, as a guest lecturer, at Osgoode Hall’s Immigration intensive program. Bahman has contributed to the establishment of licensing exams for consultants and has developed curriculum in the areas of professional ethics and practice management for paralegals. In addition to his work in the field of academics, Bahman has a certificate in mediation and has experience in institutional conflict resolution.
